We work together to understand what matters to you and decide what to focus on.
Aaron Fullmer, LMFT, helps couples and individuals build a more grounded relationship with themselves and each other.

I help emotionally distant or conflict-stuck couples and adults understand the patterns beneath their pain.
Serving in the U.S. Navy from 2001–2005, being married since 2005, and becoming a father of twin boys with complex medical conditions in 2012 have deepened my awareness of—and compassion for—the difficulties life brings to partners and relationships.
In my free time, I love to travel, learn, rock climb, read, spectate MMA, and spend time with family and friends.

We pay attention to the feelings and attachment patterns beneath the surface.
You leave with small, meaningful ways to notice and practice new patterns in daily life.
Often, one partner feels forced to fight for the relationship they want, while the other defends against perceived attack or withdraws. Both partners can end up feeling hurt, unvalued, unsupported, or hopeless.
